We are thrilled to welcome Warren Smith to the Talem IP Law team as our newest U.S. Patent Agent. Warren brings extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications across advanced technologies including semiconductors, defense systems, secure communications, manufacturing equipment, and electronic systems.

Prior to becoming a registered patent agent, Warren founded and operated a Japanese-English patent translation company and worked on thousands of patent matters, giving him deep insight into patent prosecution and claim strategy. Fluent in Japanese, he regularly supports international clients on U.S. patent matters. Warren is also the author of the forthcoming book The IP Dilemma: Intellectual Property in the Age of Disruption, to be published by Columbia University Press. Welcome to Talem, Warren!
