Patent Practitioner  with a Portable Book of Business

Description

We are looking for an experienced patent practitioner who enjoys working directly with clients and inventors and wants to continue building a practice within a collaborative, flexible firm.

The role focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications for sophisticated technologies, developing strong client relationships, and helping grow Talem IP's patent practice.

Requirements

7+ years of U.S. patent drafting and prosecution experience
Registration to practice before the USPTO
Portable book of business and growing IP client base
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships

Lateral Trademark Partner

Description

We are looking for an experienced trademark attorney with an established practice who wants the independence and flexibility of a boutique firm with a collaborative team behind them.

This role offers the opportunity to lead client relationships, grow your practice, and help shape the continued development of Talem IP's trademark practice.

Experience

We are particularly interested in experience with:

U.S. and international trademark clearance, filing, and prosecution
TTAB proceedings, domain name disputes, and other trademark enforcement matters
Trademark licensing and counseling
Cease and desist matters and enforcement strategy
Patent or trademark litigation experience is a plus

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant trademark experience
Portable book of business and growing client base
Demonstrated success developing and managing client relationships
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar and good standing
