Talem IP Law is actively seeking a Lateral Trademark Partner with a portable book of business and an established client base. This is an opportunity for a driven attorney to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial firm that supports business development and fosters long-term career growth.

Talem IP provides a flexible, professional environment with remote work options, competitive compensation structures, and robust administrative support. Our client base spans industries and sizes – from startups to multinational corporations – and we are looking to expand our trademark practice with strong, experienced leaders.

Description:
We are seeking partner-level IP attorneys with 5+ years experience and a proven record of client development in:

U.S. and international trademark prosecution, including clearance searches, filing strategies, and responding to office actions
Trademark litigation, including TTAB proceedings, domain name disputes (UDRP), and enforcement matters
Trademark licensing and counseling
Drafting and responding to cease and desist letters
IP litigation experience in patent and/or trademark is a strong plus

Requirements:

Portable book of business and a growing IP client base
Demonstrated success in client relationship development and management
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar and currently in good standing
