A Different Kind of IP Firm From the Beginning

Talem IP was founded by Wendy Zimbone and Sarah Knight in 2015 as a women-owned intellectual property firm built around technical depth, collaboration, and practical client service.

They set out to create a firm where talented people could do sophisticated work without unnecessary hierarchy, where technology and new ways of working would be embraced rather than resisted, and where clients could expect both high-quality legal work and a genuine working relationship with their counsel.

Today, that philosophy continues to shape how Talem IP works—with each other and with the companies, universities, researchers, and entrepreneurs we represent.
