At the AIPLA Spring Meeting in Los Angeles, CA, Sarah helped coordinate and then moderate a stellar panel of speakers including attorneys handling litigation and patent strategy from law firms, software companies, and a patent holding company, who interactively discussed and debated  trends from recent 101 cases at the PTAB and District Court, the repercussions of Teva, Patent Reform, the rising use of 12(c) motions for deciding patent eligibility at the District Court, Covered Business Method review and how it can address 101 issues; and what the state of 101 prosecution and litigation mean for the future of patent filers, patent holders, and patent defendants.
